MAGZ SPECIFCATIONS
SUPER POWERFUL – 12000 GS MAGNET The MagZ is now stronger, sturdier and reliable as a security magnet with a 2 inch CNC machined steel base. Featuring a high grade thick neodymium Rare earth magnet, it offers a strong pull force tested in our tension machine.
SANITARY LEVEL PLATING QUALITY-We offer 4 layers’ coating of ‘bright nickel+protective nickel+copper on the steel base. It features an uniform electrodeposition property, and has a high washability that substantially reduce residual dust and foreign objects, a shiny, rust free and mirror like finish. Maintenance free, no rust!
HIGH QUALITY – 48 x 22 mm sizing with Routine dimensional/visual checking is performed in our CNC machining flow line, defective pieces such as surface flaws or oversized magnets were checked and picked out at before shipment .
VERSATILE USE- After a precise simulation the MagZ neodymium magnet was endowed with a strong capability for salvaging of various materials, including nickel iron, steel, cobalt and their alloys ( Almost all Tags ) .
