Did not need to communicate with seller. The kit includes all the tools to make the bag, even the needles. The colours are accurate to the photo. However, the description says ‘leather’ everywhere, but the bag is not leather. It is plastic. It smells of plastic. They call this PU leather in the fine print, so I won’t return it, but I won’t give 5 stars for accuracy. If you are happy with plastic then it is an excellent kit and I would recommend.
