I have steamed with this and made stir fry. This wok is amazing.

I made pot stickers and they did not stick to the wok! This is my go to pan for even making pasta. I boil the pasta to just under al dente first, thanks to the lid that comes to the wok, the water heats up quickly. Then use the same wok to make the sauce. Then add the pasta back to finish cooking in the wok. No more cleaning up multiple pots and pans to make pasta dishes! I have learned to never allow it to air dry.

The handle is really balanced, I don’t feel like I’ll drop it. It heats up evenly and fast. I have had no rusting or sticking.

This one is incredible! Nothing sticks to it, it’s easy to clean. I use it for multiple dishes not just stir fry. It’s deep and I love having a lid. Currently making beef stew in it!
