I have been using these ear plugs for about 4 months, every night, and also for daytime sleeping. My husband snores and I also work night shifts at times. I use the small size because my ear canals are small. They filter out most sound. I can still hear the snoring a little but very distant. They are pretty comfortable as far as earplugs go. I sleep more soundly and for longer.
