My partner suffers from sleep apnoea along with bad snoring, Im a very light sleeper and find it really hard to fall asleep with the noise of his machine, never mind the snoring! I had foam earplugs prior to these and they helped block out a little bit of noise but not much, I searched google for the best noise blocking ear plugs and these came up so I thought why not! They come with extra sized buds for every ear size which I thought was great! Along with a sleek little storage case. I bought these as a last ditch after suffering so many years with my husbands snoring. Previously I relied on the silicone earphones however these didnt ever seem to work.
