Note: In our website, you can’t see the cancel option because we don’t offer it. However, this is a solution we bring to you to help you have a greater experience when purchasing, so please contact us before we ship your package out. Once the order has been shipped, you can only submit a return request according to the return policy.

Cancellations or changes

Orders are automatically processed within 6 hours from time of order confirmation. Please contact us ASAP and within the following time period for cancellations and changes.

– Your order may only be cancelled within 6 hours from time of order confirmation. And if there is any late requests, you must pay some incurred fees

– Your changes to your order such as color change or size change are accepted if they are raised within 24 hours from time of order confirmation.

– Order modification requests after 24 hours from time of order confirmation may not be accommodated.

Refunds

Only when your items are in brand new condition, they will be returned, exchnaged or replaced. And your return status will be notified through your email. If you are eligible for a refund, the refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 3-7 days. Please note the original shipping charge is non-refundable.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
