How to use

• Adjust the strap accordingly and buckle it onto your body
• Press down on the heat button until it turns on, the globe in the middle should light up when heat is on
• Click the heat button and set it to one of the 4 heating options
• Click the massage button and set it to one of the 5 massaging options
• Press down on each button to turn off the setting
